- Please note that our products are produced specifically for you once you place an order, which may affect processing times.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

- Estimated delivery times AFTER order processing/production:
- European Union: 3-9 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-21 business days
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $50 / €50
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide! However, please be aware of the potential for delays due to customs processing in the destination country.
Import Duties and Taxes
European Union:
- For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included in the product prices and no additional taxes will be due upon delivery.
Non-EU Countries:
- Orders shipped to non-EU countries are not subject to VAT at checkout.

- If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

Lost or Damaged Packages
