1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Heimwee Studio Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") hosted by Heimwee Studio. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to existing customers of Heimwee Studio who have purchased at least one item from our webshop.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
• Employees of Heimwee Studio and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must post a photo of themselves wearing a Heimwee Studio item on Instagram.
• The photo must tag our official Heimwee Studio Instagram account: @heimweestudio
• Entries must be submitted by the last day of each month to be eligible for that month’s draw.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected each month from all eligible entries received.
• The winner will be chosen at random by Heimwee Studio.
• If there are fewer than three participants in a given month, no winner will be selected.
• The winner will be notified through a direct message from our official Heimwee Studio Instagram account (@heimweestudio). Beware of scammers and do not provide personal information to any other accounts claiming to represent Heimwee Studio.

5. Prize

• The Giveaway winner will be announced each month on our Instagram account Stories.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Heimwee Studio reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Entry Conditions

• By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to have their entry content used by Heimwee Studio for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing channels without further compensation.
• Entries must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content. Heimwee Studio reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates this condition.

7. General Conditions

• Heimwee Studio reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• Heimwee Studio is not responsible for any technical issues or problems that may affect or impede an entry’s ability to be submitted or considered.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Heimwee Studio and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Privacy

• Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Heimwee Studio’s Privacy Policy.
• Participants’ contact information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner.

9. Governing Law

• The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
